1. Background

A scheme to provide loans to the Government Officers to enable them to acquire their own houses.

The Finance and Administration Division of State Financial Secretary’s Office is responsible
for processing and approval of housing loan in respect of:

Members of the State Cabinet, Assistant Minister, Speaker, Political Secretary, Members of the State Assembly; and

All state government officers of Sarawak.

2. Circular Reference

The main aim of the State Government officers’ housing loan scheme is to provide loan to all
government officers who are eligible and have fulfilled the conditions as stated in the

i. Applicant to obtain application form from Borneo Housing Mortgage Finance Sdn. Bhd. (BHMF) as
          per address as in 4 above.

ii. Submit the completed application form together with the supporting documents to the Borneo
Mortgage Finance Sdn. Bhd. (BHMF) as per address as in 4 above for processing. Housing
